Construction Project Manager Assistant

• Support the Territory Manager, conducting site inspections, quality control checks, progress documentation, and assessing new projects and solutions
• Coordinate daily communication with contractors, subcontractors, and clients while managing project documentation, reports, photography, specifications, details, and asset management planning
• Monitor work compliance with project schedules and specifications, track jobsite progress, and provide regular updates to the team

• 1-2 years professional experience in construction, roofing, building maintenance, facilities, or related field service industries preferred
• Comfortable working in construction environments and conducting roof inspections
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Excellent communicator who can interact professionally with all stakeholders
• Valid driver's license with clean driving
