We're seeking a Project Management Assistant to work directly with our Seattle Territory Manager, serving as a hands-on partner in managing 15-20 active commercial roofing projects across North Seattle and North King County. This role is perfect for someone who wants a flexible lifestyle, values being out in the field, and is ready to build something meaningful alongside an experienced mentor.
Job Responsibility:
Support the Territory Manager, conducting site inspections, quality control checks, progress documentation, and assessing new projects and solutions
Coordinate daily communication with contractors, subcontractors, and clients while managing project documentation, reports, photography, specifications, details, and asset management planning
Monitor work compliance with project schedules and specifications, track jobsite progress, and provide regular updates to the team
Requirements:
1-2 years professional experience in construction, roofing, building maintenance, facilities, or related field service industries preferred
Comfortable working in construction environments and conducting roof inspections
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Excellent communicator who can interact professionally with all stakeholders
Valid driver's license with clean driving
