A growing construction-focused organization is seeking a Project Coordinator to support active construction initiatives. This role is highly cross-functional and plays a critical part in keeping projects on track by coordinating communication, tracking deliverables, RFIs, and ensuring alignment across internal teams.
Job Responsibility
Support Project Managers/Directors with day-to-day coordination across active construction projects
Track project milestones, deadlines, and outstanding action items within project management systems
Proactively follow up with internal teams (including accounting/AP and other departments) to ensure timely progress
Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and reporting
Assist with administrative tasks including meeting coordination, notes, and document control
Monitor project workflow to ensure key deliverables are completed on schedule
Serve as a central point of communication between cross-functional teams
Requirements
1-3+ years of experience in project coordination, construction administration, or similar role
Experience supporting construction, engineering, or project management teams strongly preferred
Familiarity with project tracking or PM software
Strong organizational and documentation skills with high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
