Job Description:

ANDRES is seeking a detail‑oriented Paralegal to support in-house Corporate Counsel.

Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare, revise, and manage documents using Company-approved templates and standardized processes
  • Conduct initial issue spotting and escalate non-standard terms or legal concerns to General Counsel, as appropriate
  • Coordinate due diligence efforts, organize documentation, and summarize findings for General Counsel and business stakeholders
  • Track and manage critical dates, deliverables, approvals, and closing requirements
  • Maintain and organize legal and corporate records within the Company’s matter management systems
  • Assist with management of outside counsel billing, matter reporting, and legal operations processes
  • Help develop, edit, and maintain internal legal policies, procedures, and contract templates
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable laws, regulations, and contractual requirements
  • Attend meetings with internal stakeholders and assist with legal and business strategy discussions
  • Provide limited support for litigation and dispute matters, including document collection, organization, coordination with outside counsel, and tracking litigation-related deadlines

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience as a transactional or corporate paralegal
  • Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program
  • State licensure/certification if required in the applicable jurisdiction
  • Experience supporting construction industry legal matters preferred
  • Strong understanding of contract law, transactional processes, and legal document management
  • Experience supporting real estate, construction, or commercial transactions preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, employees, and outside counsel
