Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Operative for a permanent position based across various sites in the UK. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting ongoing construction projects, performing tasks related to groundworks, general labouring, or specialist trades. This role demands a proactive approach, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team to ensure construction activities are completed on time and to high standards.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting ongoing construction projects
Performing tasks related to groundworks, general labouring, or specialist trades
Ensuring construction activities are completed on time and to high standards

Requirements:

Previous experience in construction or related trades
Excellent understanding of site safety procedures and regulations
Ability to operate basic construction plant and tools
Good physical fitness and stamina for demanding roles
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Flexibility to work across different sites and roles as needed
Valid CSCS card or relevant certification is preferred but not essential
