Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to play an important role in managing asbestos compliance across local authority buildings, supporting planned maintenance programmes, and ensuring statutory testing is completed to a high standard. The role includes overseeing asbestos re-inspections, mansafe testing, safety glazing surveys, and the servicing of roller shutter and automatic doors. The successful candidate will build on the strong work already established by the current officer and help continue improving the service.
