Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and organized Construction Office Assistant to support daily office operations in a fast-paced construction environment. This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, working with people, and keeping an office running smoothly.

Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare and send construction proposals
  • Answer, route, and dispatch incoming phone calls
  • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain filing systems and general office organization
  • Manage emails and written correspondence
  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager and Vice President

Requirements:

  • Professional, friendly, and dependable demeanor
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable using phones, email, and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
  • Prior office or administrative experience is a plus
  • Previous experience in receptionist or administrative roles is preferred but not required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using basic office equipment and software, including scanners and email platforms
