Job Responsibility

Job Responsibility

Develop, implement, and manage the Construction Quality Management Plan (CQMP) for FPSO projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
Ensure quality control procedures are aligned with the overall project quality strategy, promoting continuous improvement across all construction phases
Promote a culture of quality within the project teams, ensuring that quality awareness is maintained throughout all stages of construction
Oversee quality control activities related to construction processes, including fabrication, assembly, installation, and commissioning of FPSO units
Monitor and manage inspections, material certifications, welding, NDT, dimensional control, Ex, coating, and testing to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory standards
Develop and implement the Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and ensure that all non-conformance reports (NCRs) are properly documented and addressed
Prepare and deliver regular quality performance reports to senior management and clients, highlighting key quality issues, corrective actions, and improvements
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., engineering, procurement, safety) to ensure that quality standards are incorporated into all phases of the project
Proactively propose and implement process improvements to enhance quality performance and reduce rework or defects during construction findings, inspection reports, and non-conformance documentation to senior managment and clients
