Job Description

An interesting and varied range of tasks awaits you. Your workplace will be both in the workshop and on board the ship.

Job Responsibility

  • Cutting, shaping, and assembling components, assemblies, and sections — all the way up to an entire ship — using various materials and tools
  • Learn to read construction drawings and line plans
  • Operate large machines, cranes, presses, bending machines, welding equipment, and thermal cutting systems

Requirements

  • Enjoyment of manual work
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Technical understanding
  • Good knowledge of English
  • A qualified secondary school diploma
