Job Description:

The Construction Manager will manage multiple construction projects including procurement, quality assurance as well as providing on-site project management support to the senior project managers. Projects range from single dwelling and duplex developments through to small-scale, multi-unit developments across NSW, including both metro and regional locations.

Job Responsibility:

Manage multiple construction projects including procurement, quality assurance
Provide on-site project management support to the senior project managers
Deliver multiple residential construction projects across Capital Programs
Liaise with diverse stakeholders such as builders, local councils and architects on a regular basis for monitoring project delivery milestones

Requirements:

Be able to work autonomously and part of a team
Experience in residential construction projects
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
NSW White Card
Experience on residential projects
