Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Organize and manage construction sites
Lead and guide project teams
Oversee construction activities
Manage technical documentation
Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role
Organizational and administrative abilities
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Experience in large technical companies
Expertise in contract & change management
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office programs (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project)
Excellent command of English
