Job Description:

We are looking for a Construction Manager in Mija, Dambovita who will be responsible for the entire construction lifecycle—from site handover to commissioning—ensuring strict adherence to the budget, timelines, and technical requirements. The contract is for a fixed period of time, 10 months with the possibility of extension depending on the client's ongoing projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Site Management: Taking over the site, performing preliminary measurements, and organizing workflow structures
  • Subcontractor Coordination: Managing the activities of collaborating firms and monitoring the supply of materials to the site
  • HSE & Safety: Managing the operational safety plan and ensuring strict compliance with Health & Safety (SSM) and Fire Safety (PSI) regulations
  • Delivery & Feedback: Overseeing final measurements, project handover, and managing any client feedback or claims

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree at Faculty of Civil Engineering (ONLY)
  • Solid experience in coordinating civil/industrial construction projects
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a focus on planning and strictly meeting project schedules
  • Integrity, loyalty, and a solution-oriented attitude within a team environment
  • Rigorous attention to technical details and labor protection standards
