Job Description

Crusoe is expanding hyperscale AI data center infrastructure across the U.S., delivering large-scale, mission-critical facilities that support America’s leadership in AI and high-performance computing. We are building at a pace and scale that requires construction leaders who can manage complex projects from structural build-outs through full interior fit-out and readiness for operations. As a Construction Manager, you will oversee all phases of construction - including site development, structural/base building, MEP systems, interior build-outs, and final turnover. You will manage cost, schedule, quality, safety, and vendor relationships across large-scale industrial projects that integrate both core/shell construction and data-center tenant-improvement scopes.
