Construction Manager

• Supervise and lead the Project Engineering team on a daily basis
• Monitor, inspect, and ensure the quality of subcontractor work, material deliveries, and project progress
• Source local suppliers, obtain competitive bids, negotiate pricing and contracts
• Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are in place
• Implement and enforce safety procedures
• Study and understand the design and Bill of Materials for each project

• 5+ years of hands-on experience leading and managing PV plants on-site
• A technical background in Industrial or Civil Engineering, or a similar field
• Strong command of English at an intermediate level
• Exceptional people skills—adaptable, client-focused, and skilled at building strong relationships with teams and third parties
• Fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese proficiency is a plus)
