Job Description

In this role, you’ll be responsible for reviewing and organizing high volumes of construction-related documents submitted by clients. You’ll sift through project files to identify and track key items such as lien waivers, monthly draw affidavits, payment details, and supporting documentation tied to project budgets and schedules of values. You’ll also help reconcile prior and current pay requests, monitor balances to finish, and ensure all required documentation is accurate and up to date across multi-year projects.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in loan administration, construction loans, or a related field is preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage large volumes of documentation with accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with construction-related documentation such as lien waivers and draw requests is a plus
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
