Job Description:

A global law firm is seeking a Construction Litigation Partner to join its London disputes practice. The firm has a strong international footprint and is looking to expand its capability in construction disputes and international arbitration, particularly in support of work across Europe and the Middle East. This role offers the opportunity to build and develop a construction disputes practice within a growing international disputes platform.

Job Responsibility:

  • Advise clients on a wide range of construction and infrastructure disputes, including: Construction litigation and arbitration
  • Disputes relating to large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Contract disputes in the engineering and construction sector
  • International arbitration proceedings
  • Alternative dispute resolution processes

Requirements:

  • Established Construction Litigation partner
  • Portable business of approximately £1.5m+ (negotiable)
  • Strong client relationships within the construction and infrastructure sectors
  • Experience handling complex disputes and arbitration matters
  • Interest in developing international work
