National construction law firm is seeking a litigation attorney to join their growing team in Seattle, WA. The firm is known for its high-level, complex work for top clients across the U.S. and internationally.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage construction litigation and related disputes
  • Motion practice, trial prep, and participating in trials
  • Managing discovery and document review
  • Utilize litigation document management tools (e.g., Relativity)

Requirements

  • JD from accredited law school
  • Active member in good standing with a WA state bar
  • 3–6 years of litigation experience, construction litigation strongly preferred
  • Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience with document management/discovery platforms (Relativity preferred)
