Job Description:

Robert Half is seeking an experienced Construction Litigation attorney to join ongoing legal research initiative. The project starts in August 2025 and has a duration of 3 months with possibility of extension. The role involves assisting in creating practice notes and annotated forms.

Job Responsibility:

Assist in creating practice notes and annotated forms

Requirements:

Law degree from an accredited law school
Member, in good standing, in at least one State
At least five years of experience as a practicing Construction Litigator
Substantive experience drafting construction related documents
Excellent writing, editing, and legal research skills
Comfortable working in Microsoft Word with track changes and conducting online research
Effective written and oral communication skills
Ability to complete assigned projects by prescribed deadlines
Organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks effectively
