Job Description:

Ballard Spahr LLP is seeking a highly qualified attorney to join its industry-leading Construction Litigation practice in Seattle. This is an excellent opportunity for professional growth in a collegial environment of a national law firm.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Construction law
  • Experience representing public owners, developers, architects, engineers, and/or design firms in complex construction projects
  • Focus on both litigation and contract development
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Active bar license in Washington, or the ability to waive in via motion, reciprocity, or UBE transfer

Nice to have:

A degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management
