We are working closely with a respected litigation boutique in McLean, VA seeking a mid-level Construction Litigation Associate to join its active and sophisticated practice. The associate will work on complex construction and infrastructure disputes for contractors, owners, engineers, and related industry participants. Matters involve state and federal litigation, arbitration, and other ADR proceedings, often tied to large-scale commercial and public projects. The practice offers substantive responsibility, regular interaction with partners, and exposure to all phases of litigation. Associates work across matters, allowing for broad experience and strong professional development in construction and infrastructure disputes.

Requirements
2+ years of complex civil litigation experience
