Job Description

ServiceNet is looking for a skilled and dedicated Construction Lead to oversee daily operations on construction and renovation projects across our diverse portfolio of residential, clinical, and administrative properties. In this hands-on role, you'll supervise crews, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and on budget. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring team members and creating a positive, productive work environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Crew Management: Supervise and guide construction crews, assigning tasks and ensuring high-quality, timely work
  • Mentorship & Training: Provide on-the-job education in construction and repair techniques to less experienced staff
  • Site Layout & Efficiency: Organize and manage the physical layout of work sites for safety, accessibility, and efficiency
  • Project Oversight: Monitor day-to-day progress to ensure timely, budget-conscious project completion
  • Communication: Maintain clear communication with subcontractors, internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Subcontractor Coordination: Oversee external workers on-site, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
  • Safety Monitoring: Enforce all safety standards and ensure proper use of tools and equipment across work sites
  • Reporting: Document progress, materials usage, and communicate updates or issues to Facilities leadership

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience in construction, building, and repair work (or a comparable combination of education and experience)
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex project workflows
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Comfortable lifting 50–100 pounds as needed on job sites
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations
  • OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
