Job Description

ServiceMaster is looking for dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Construction Cleaners. We’ll provide all the necessary training, cleaning supplies, and equipment – you bring a strong work ethic and reliability!

Job Responsibility

  • Lead a crew of 5-10 people
  • General cleaning and demo/trash removal
  • Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming
  • Washing walls, windows, ceilings
  • Dusting furniture and wiping surfaces
  • Operating cleaning machines (we will train!)

Requirements

  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
  • Must have or be able to obtain OSHA 10 Certification
  • ServiceMaster will cover the cost if you need to get certified
  • Comfortable working in a variety of environments (cold, warm, noisy)
  • Evening and weekend availability required
  • Must wear ServiceMaster-provided uniform
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and carry up to 25 lbs
