Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the planning preparation and execution of all aspects of the Compression Platform material preservation requirements of the project from yard activities to load out
  • Ensure the effective implementation of Contractor’s preservation plan and resources for material and equipment during storage, installation and transportation for Compression Platform
  • Directly involved with the development of fabrication plans and execution of the plans overseeing Compression onshore fabrication scope responsibilities and duties safely, efficiently and effectively
  • Ensure that there is sufficient and balanced resources and technical expertise available to support the stakeholders, efficiency in resource deployment to support the CP Topsides fabrication activities and respect of planning
  • Maintaining strong interfaces between Company and Contractor and Contractor teams to ensure alignment and issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Sciences or Engineering
  • 8 years overall experience with Large Projects in Construction related disciplines (e.g., construction, installation, fabrication, execution, completion, hook-up, etc.) in the Oil & Gas Industry
  • strong experience in a supervisory role, including acting roles, or oversight of service/vendor personnel
  • involvement in the development and implementation of preservation activities of major offshore production facilities
  • Experience with Oil and Gas companies, contractors, service companies, or heavy construction companies
  • Knowledge of design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria related to major fabrication, transport, installation, brownfield execution, and hook-up
  • Knowledge of offshore facilities and structures, onshore facilities, or yard operations
  • Knowledge of execution methods and risks associated with sour gas and LNG production facilities
  • Experience working in large scale operating organizations in Operations, Projects, Subsurface, etc.
