Donley's is seeking an experienced Construction Layout Person to assist with projects located in the Western Carolinas (Asheville, Greenville, Spartanburg) areas.

Job Responsibility:

  • Surveying
  • Responsible for the installation of onsite layout
  • Interpret Contract Documents
  • Proficient with use of surveying Equipment to Provide accurate Layout
  • Timely Deliverance of Layout Information
  • Perform required As-builts for in-place concrete

Requirements:

  • 2 or more semesters of college courses in surveying, civil engineering, or a related field preferred
  • 1 or more semesters of co-op or internship experience in commercial construction preferred
  • 2-4+ years of experience as a Field Engineer
