We are now looking to onboard a senior construction lawyer to work with various clients across Australia.

Job Responsibility:

Experience advising on construction and infrastructure matters as well as drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements
Supporting in-house counsel with development and acquisition agreements on behalf of large, multi-regional developers
Providing legal advice on capital projects and a broad range of related matters to support clients, including advising on procurement/tender, risks and liabilities

Requirements:

5+ PQE, preferably in-house within the construction & infrastructure industry
Experience and expertise in construction and/or infrastructure projects, including demonstrable experience of advising clients across the lifecycle from procurement, D&C to operations of major building or infrastructure projects
Desire to provide excellent client service and an ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders
Must have full Australian working rights and be eligible to practice in Australia
