Job Description:

The role will predominantly focus on a range of disputes including court proceedings, adjudications and arbitrations on issues arising from a wide range of energy, infrastructure and real estate projects in the UK and internationally. There will also be some advisory/non-contentious work on offer depending on workload.

Requirements:

3-6 PQE
solid contentious construction experience
exposure to arbitration
experience with NEC and FIDIC contracts
