Job Description:

Are you a reliable, hands-on professional with a solid background in construction? Randstad is partnering with Northern Tasmania’s industry leaders to staff the region’s most high-profile commercial and residential projects. We aren't just looking for 'extra hands'—we are seeking experienced labourers who know their way around a site, have their own gear, and are ready to hit the ground running.

Job Responsibility:

Support carpenters, plumbers, and site leads with skilled assistance
Safely operate power tools and manage material handling
Maintain site safety and high-quality standards without constant supervision

Requirements:

Proven Construction Experience: solid track record in commercial or residential construction
Mandatory Credentials: valid White Card and Current Driver’s Licence with reliable transport
Tools of the Trade: possession of your own basic hand tools (and relevant PPE)
Physical Fitness: fit, motivated, and proactive, 'can-do' mindset
Safety-First Attitude: respect for site safety and ability to follow complex directions
