Randstad is partnering with industry-leading clients to support major growth across the North West Coast of Tasmania. We are seeking dedicated, reliable, and safety-conscious Construction Labourers to become core members of their site teams. This is your opportunity to secure consistent, full-time hours and work on a diverse range of high-profile commercial and residential construction projects.

Job Responsibility:

Performing essential site tasks: manual handling, site clean-up, and preparation
Assisting qualified tradespeople with various project requirements
Safe and effective operation of basic hand and power tools
Maintaining highest standards of safety and quality
Collaborating effectively with supervisors and team members

Requirements:

Valid White Card (Absolutely essential)
Current driver’s licence and reliable transport (Essential for site travel)
Physically fit and able to undertake required manual handling tasks
Strong commitment to safety and ability to strictly follow site directions

Nice to have:

Proactive, 'can-do' attitude
Hands-on approach
Experience assisting qualified tradespeople (carpenters, plumbers, etc.)
Experience with safe operation of basic hand and power tools

Reporting: Immediately report hazards, near misses, and unsafe conditions to the Site Supervisor
