As a laborer, you will play an important role on our projects, contributing both as part of a crew and independently. Proactive problem-solving, integrity, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential qualities we value.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with the team on projects
Comprehend and follow directions (verbal and hand-signaled) from the team lead
Independently set and focus on daily and weekly goals
Follow and enforce applicable OSHA and company safety regulations
Regularly lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
Perform physical tasks such as climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crawling, digging, and shoveling
Travel to various project locations as required
Maintain concentration in a busy and noisy construction environment
Document and report tasks as required
Requirements:
Reliable transportation to and from the work location every day
Current driver’s license, valid for the past consecutive 12 months
Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
Fluent in understanding and speaking English
High School Diploma or equivalent
One year of construction experience preferred
Completed 10-hour OSHA Training Course within 6 months of employment (company sponsored)
Completed First Aid/CPR Training Course within 6 months of employment (company sponsored)
