Job Responsibility

  • Lead interface management across project areas, ensuring construction risks, dependencies, and constraints are identified and managed
  • Maintain a 3–6 week lookahead interface process with Construction, Project Controls, Commissioning, and Area teams
  • Coordinate with Area Construction Managers, EPCM, and contractors to track progress, constraints, and execution priorities
  • Ensure field interface issues are translated into clear actions, owners, due dates, and escalation paths
  • Maintain and communicate a rolling interface risk and blocker log
  • Support work readiness by identifying interface constraints related to permits, drawings, materials, access, and resources
  • Participate in coordination meetings, site walkdowns, and SIMOPS planning activities
  • Provide clear updates on progress, risks, and upcoming needs to Project Delivery stakeholders

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in construction execution, site coordination, or construction management within large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects
  • Strong understanding of field coordination, sequencing, site logistics, workfront readiness, access management, and SIMOPS
  • Experience working with contractors, EPCM organizations, and multiple concurrent work fronts
  • Ability to manage short-term planning processes and lookahead coordination
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience identifying, managing, and escalating construction interface risks
  • Ability to translate complex site challenges into clear actions and practical solutions
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with strong site presence and follow-through
