Job Responsibility

  • Perform on-site construction inspection to verify compliance with project plans, specifications, and applicable codes and regulations
  • maintain daily inspection reports, photo documentation, and field records
  • monitor contractor activities for quality, safety, and adherence to project requirements and schedules
  • conduct field measurements and coordinate material testing as required
  • identify and report deficiencies, safety concerns, and non-compliant work
  • support project engineers with field verification, technical documentation, and construction coordination

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • associate or bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in construction inspection, field engineering, or construction administration
  • strong understanding of construction methods and practices
  • familiarity with applicable local, state, and federal construction standards and regulations
