Job Description:

Job summary/Role description: Verifies and ensures that all field activities are performed according to the TCM HSE policy, the regulations, standards and procedures, promoting all preventive and corrective action as required.

Job Responsibility:

  • Verifies and ensures that all field activities are performed according to the TCM HSE policy, the regulations, standards and procedures, promoting all preventive and corrective action as required
  • Ability to conduct HSE orientation / induction/HSE awareness sessions to workers
  • Understanding and implementation of the HSE Plan
  • Knowledge and experience in implementing PTW system and Gas Testing
  • Awareness on Ammonia & Breathing Apparatus
  • Ability to understand and participate in Risk Assessments
  • Ability to conduct HSE inspections
  • Ability to understand and implement Emergency response plans/procedures

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any Engineering Course
  • Minimum 3-5 Years of HSE experience in any industry
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing and implementing HSE aspects in the Oil and Gas industry
  • Relevant experience in 3 major EPC projects
  • oil & gas, petrochemical sector
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail, management skills
  • Team-oriented skills, self-motivation and direction, with strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution

Nice to have:

  • Holding a NEBOSH GC/IGC certificate is an advantage
  • Diploma in safety or any other HSE Certification (considered at ADNOC Group discretion)
  • ADNOC approval will be added advantage

  • Co-operate with the Client concerning the issue of any necessary work permits
  • Organize in case of work accidents a full investigation of the event, finalized to the identification of corrective measure to avoid reoccurrence
