Job Description:

Trade the Site for the Workshop: Shape the Next Generation. Position: Construction Group Tutor (Mansfield/Nottingham). Package: £27,066 (Pro-rata) | 37.5 Hours | School Holidays Off. After years on the tools, your expertise is worth more than just a finished build-it's a career's worth of knowledge that could change a young person's life. We are looking for an experienced hand to step off the site and into a mentoring role at a college near Nottingham. Why Make the Switch? Keep the Holidays: A permanent, full-time contract that follows the school calendar (41 weeks). No more chasing jobs over Christmas or mid-summer. Legacy Building: Many of our learners have struggled in traditional classrooms. You'll be the one to show them that success is found with their hands, not just a pen.
