The Construction Foreman supports the Site Manager by supervising daily construction activities on the wind farm site, including civil and mechanical works. The role ensures tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and according to instructions.
Job Responsibility:
Supervise and guide workers and subcontractors on-site
Ensure work is carried out safely and according to plans
Maintain daily records of site activities and progress
Assist with material handling and equipment coordination
Report issues or delays to the Site Manager
Requirements:
Mechanical engineer with a Level VI degree / bachelor’s degree (180 ECTS credits), or a technical professional with a fourth or fifth level of qualification in the field of construction, with a passed professional exam and five years of work experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or renewable energy projects
Basic understanding of construction drawings and safety procedures
Good communication and leadership skills
