Construction Estimator

• Review design drawings and use AutoCAD and Revit to create takeoffs and layouts
• Analyze blueprints and calculate material and labor costs
• Use Bluebeam to mark up plans and coordinate estimates
• Support scheduling and project planning in MS Project
• Manage drawings and bid documents using Procore
• Work closely with engineers, estimators, and project managers to learn every step of the process

• A Mechanical Engineering degree (or similar)
• Familiarity with AutoCAD
• exposure to Bluebeam, Revit, MS Project, and Procore a plus
• Great attention to detail and strong math skills
• A willingness to learn, collaborate, and grow in a hands-on environment
