Job Description

We are currently seeking a candidate for the position of SITE ENGINEER. Due to the dynamic growth of the company in general contracting, we are expanding our team.

Job Responsibility

  • Direct supervision of construction works
  • Collaboration with the Construction Manager
  • Coordination of subcontractors' work
  • Preparation of preliminary and final measurements of works
  • Ensuring compliance of the investment execution with construction standards
  • Verification of work quality and timeliness
  • Conducting work inspections and acceptance
  • Preparation of as-built documentation
  • Assistance in searching for and selecting subcontractors

Requirements

  • Higher technical education (construction profile)
  • Organizational and communication skills
  • Category B driving license
  • Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, AutoCAD
  • Willingness for professional development and skill improvement

  • Design of highway and site development improvements, including roadways, site grading, storm drainage, water main distribution systems, sanitary sewer collection systems, and other site utilities
  • Preparation of local, state and federal permit applications
  • Assist in the preparation of design plans, specifications and quantities
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including engineering firms, contractors, and vendors, to ensure project success
  • Review contractor/vendor submittals, RFIs, procedures, and other project documentation
  • Support the Project/Construction Manager in monitoring budgets and schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Track construction progress against milestones and monitor change orders
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain schedule and quality
  • Monitor contractor workmanship and adherence to specifications
  • Support commissioning and testing of plant systems to ensure performance and compliance
  • Review commissioning documents for technical and practical acceptance
  • Evaluate lift plans, flush plans, purge plans, and other construction execution planning documents for safety and compliance
