Job Description:

We are partnering with a trusted construction firm in British Columbia looking for a skilled and experienced Construction Electrician to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for electricians with a strong understanding of electrical systems and compliance with the BC Electrical Code. Job Responsibility:

Use tools like voltmeters and ohmmeters to test electrical systems and resolve issues
Work closely with team members to ensure timely production and quality control
Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the tow truck
Diagnose and repair electrical issues to ensure systems are operating at optimal efficiency
Install wiring, outlets, lighting fixtures, and circuit breakers according to blueprints and project specifications

Requirements:

Red Seal Certification or Journeyman Electrician Certification in British Columbia
At least 2-3 years of experience in the construction industry as an electrician
Proficiency in reading blueprints and electrical diagrams
Knowledge of safety standards and BC Electrical Code
Ability to work in varying environments, including at heights or in confined spaces
