With offices in the UK and Middle East, and plans to expand into North America in the next 12-18 months, the firm is a leading advisor to the construction and engineering industries. The dynamic team provides unparalleled expertise across insurance, professional negligence, and dispute resolution.

Job Responsibility:

Handling complex construction disputes and professional negligence claims
Advising on insurance-related issues, including coverage disputes
Drafting legal documentation and managing litigation/arbitration
Collaborating with partners on high-value international cases

Requirements:

Qualified solicitor 2-6 PQE (UK, Canada, US, Aus, NZ, or SA) with experience in construction disputes and insurance
Strong litigation/arbitration background
Proven ability to manage multi-jurisdictional cases
Excellent communication and drafting skills
