Handling complex construction disputes and professional negligence claims
Advising on insurance-related issues, including coverage disputes
Drafting legal documentation and managing litigation/arbitration
Collaborating with partners on high-value international cases
Requirements:
Qualified solicitor 2-6 PQE (UK, Canada, US, Aus, NZ, or SA) with experience in construction disputes and insurance
Strong litigation/arbitration background
Proven ability to manage multi-jurisdictional cases
