With offices in the UK and Middle East, and plans to expand into North America in the next 12-18 months, the firm is a leading advisor to the construction and engineering industries. Job Responsibility:

  • Handling complex construction disputes and professional negligence claims
  • Advising on insurance-related issues, including coverage disputes
  • Drafting legal documentation and managing litigation/arbitration
  • Collaborating with partners on high-value international cases

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor 2-6 PQE (UK, Canada, US, Aus, NZ, or SA) with experience in construction disputes and insurance
  • Strong litigation/arbitration background
  • Proven ability to manage multi-jurisdictional cases
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills
