Job Description:

An opportunity to join a leading international law firm as a Construction Disputes Lawyer at Principal Associate level in Birmingham. The role involves advising major clients on infrastructure and energy disputes with a pathway to partnership.

Job Responsibility:

Advising major national and international clients
Handling disputes related to large-scale infrastructure and energy projects
Providing early strategic advice
Involvement in adjudication, litigation, and arbitration
Contributing to business development and team strategy

Requirements:

7+ years’ PQE in contentious construction (or a strong mix of contentious and non-contentious)
Deep technical knowledge and commercial awareness
A confident leader, capable of managing matters and mentoring junior lawyers
Someone driven to contribute to business development and long-term team strategy
