Job Responsibility:
Set up and lead the new department dedicated to large-scale residential projects
Plan, organize, and supervise all phases of construction, from design to delivery
Ensure project profitability through rigorous management of budgets and schedules
Negotiate with strategic partners, cities, and subcontractors
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with quality standards
Ensure legal, environmental, and regulatory compliance for every achievement
Represent the organization in strategic files related to housing and urban planning
Optimize internal processes to promote continuous improvement within the department.
Requirements:
Hold a university degree in engineering, project management, architecture, or urban planning
Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of construction or real estate
Have at least 3 years of proven experience in team management and leadership
Demonstrate in-depth expertise in residential projects like condos and multi-unit housing
Master common project management software and office suite tools
Have excellent negotiation skills and ease with complex stakeholders
Demonstrate an analytical mind and great proactivity in the face of technical challenges.
