Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Construction Coordinator (Owner’s Representative) to ensure the smooth execution of our industrial facility construction project in Minhang. The facility will include both office and production areas designed for the assembly and servicing of compressed air systems.

Job Responsibility:

Safeguard the interests of KAESER by ensuring that the construction project adheres to agreed timelines, quality standards, and technical requirements
Monitor construction progress on-site, conduct regular site visits, and support quality assurance efforts throughout all phases of the project
Supervise and coordinate communication between KAESER, the external project management team, the local architecture and design institute, and the general contractor
Identify potential construction issues early, assist in resolving them promptly, and ensure that all parties are aligned on key project objectives
Participate in on-site and online meetings with external service providers to ensure project transparency and smooth collaboration
Support construction supervision and quality control, ensuring that work is carried out according to the approved plans and specifications
Assist in documentation and reporting, providing KAESER with regular updates on project milestones, risks, and solutions

Requirements:

Several years of professional experience in construction project coordination or supervision, ideally with a background in a construction company
Strong knowledge of industrial construction processes, including quality assurance and construction monitoring
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively between different project stakeholders
Hands-on experience in on-site construction monitoring and the ability to proactively address technical challenges
Proficiency in written and spoken English is required
