Construction Coordinator

• Coordinate and support delivery of site improvement and development projects
• Manage and prioritise direction received from both the Senior Architect and the Lead Multi-Trader, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, accurately, and in line with project priorities
• Arrange and brief contractors, ensuring clear communication of scope and expectations
• Prepare for and attend site visits: ensure documentation, drawings, RFIs (requests for information), and site meeting agendas are prepared and circulated in advance
• Obtain and review quotes, support tender process, compare contractor proposals
• Share information and drawings with contractors and stakeholders
• relay contractor queries to internal teams
• Monitor site progress to ensure works are aligned with project plans
• Provide regular site reports highlighting progress, risks and opportunities
• Flag information gaps or discrepancies as works progress
• Act as principal point of contact for contractors and site-related queries
• Ad hoc assistance the maintenance team by relaying contractor queries, arranging access and supporting preparation for planned works

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a coordinator or support role, ideally within a project-driven or physical environment
• Demonstrated interest or experience in the construction industry
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
