Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a permanent, full time position with a competitive pay and benefits package including a starting salary of £40,202 per year, rising to £43,448 per year after key competencies of the role are met. The role of Construction Co-ordinator is a pivotal role in our Development Team, responsible for leading programme delivery through supervising and inspecting the on-site delivery of special projects or development contracts from contract stage to practical completion and handover.

Job Responsibility:

  • Leading programme delivery through supervising and inspecting the on-site delivery of special projects or development contracts from contract stage to practical completion and handover
  • effective and efficient administration & organisation of contracts, ensuring scheme files are accurate and up to date

Requirements:

  • Competence in carrying out a role of a similar nature
  • up to date with technical knowledge and skills
  • educated to a minimum Level 4, HNC in Construction or equivalent experience
  • valid site safety Health & Safety Certificate (SMSTS, IOSH)
