Construction Associate

• Managing a caseload of construction professional indemnity claims, including coverage issues
• Delivering high-quality, timely advice to clients in line with agreed service levels
• Supporting the team's continuous improvement in processes and client service
• Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development activities
• Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to the development of junior team members

• NQ - 5 years PQE with strong experience in construction litigation
• Insurance experience is highly desired, but not a prerequisite
• Commercially minded with the ability to deliver practical, client-focused solutions
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Enthusiastic about business development and growing the practice
• Able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
