Job Description

A sophisticated boutique law firm in Chicago is seeking to add a Construction Associate to its growing practice group. This highly respected team represents owners, developers, and contractors at every stage of the construction process, from contract negotiation and managing pre-claim disputes to litigation claims in court. This is an excellent opportunity for an associate to join a lean group of litigators and gain hands-on experience managing cases and developing case strategy alongside partners known for their strong mentorship. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of litigation experience in a law firm setting, including matters involving design and construction defects, delays, mechanic’s liens, and payment disputes.
