Job Description

Campbell Property Group (CPG), one of Australia’s leading residential construction and property development companies, is looking for an experienced Construction Area Manager for our South West Sydney area. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the construction of contract homes, ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves coordinating resources, supervising construction teams, and ensuring compliance with Australian building standards, council regulations, and company policies. You will also be managing costs, minimising margin erosion, and enhancing customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and delivering a seamless construction experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee and manage the construction of contract homes, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards
  • Coordinate resources, supervise construction teams, and ensure compliance with Australian building standards, council regulations, and company policies
  • Manage costs, minimise margin erosion, and enhance customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and delivering a seamless construction experience
  • Oversee and ensure the timely, cost-effective, and high-quality completion of homes, aligning with company and display home standards

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction supervision focused on residential processes, regulations, and compliance
  • Proven experience managing and developing construction teams for high engagement, ownership, and performance
  • Experience ensuring compliance with building legislation and council regulations, with strong WHS safety management
