Job Responsibility

Assist in the reporting of capital projects and programs from a budget, forecast and reporting aspect
Build and maintain reports, assist with dashboards, and visualizations to ensure data integrity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and process improvements
Support multiple department managers with accrual, forecast and budget requirements
Reporting on annual capital budgeting, monthly forecasting, and departmental financial reporting for Construction and Properties/Facilities, including forecasting of cash flow and historical trends
Drive and implement process enhancements and innovations to streamline and ensure the accuracy of financial forecasts, commitments, and budgets for all capital programs and projects
Provide financial guidance and analytical support to multiple business segments, including Shared Services, PBM and Non-Retail Business Units
Conduct various business analyses, portfolio project alignment, and respond to ad-hoc reporting requests
Participate in cross-functional capital projects with other internal CVS departments
Collaborate with non-retail management and external groups to submit the department’s annual budget
