General building Construction & Repairs. Roofing and construction, remodeling of restaurant, cabins, & pavilion. Wood projects. Equipment maintenance and tool organization. Do you enjoy fishing & hiking? Dream of Alaska? Join us this summer in Alaska on the Kenai River, 50 miles due south of convenient Anchorage airport. Set at the base of Helen Gwin's mountain Peak... Historic Gwin's Lodge is hiring for all positions... Jobs are starting soon, going from May through the end of September. We are a pre-statehood roadhouse restaurant (needing line cooks, baker, prep, dish, bus, server, bar), souvenir & tackle store which also checks in guests for the rental cabins (retail / guest reservations, housekeeping). We also need maintenance and construction work completed (yard, general repairs, construction, roofing, plumbing and electric). Onsite housing in Cooper Landing on the TV show famous Kenai Peninsula across from the world-famous Kenai River in the Kenai Mountains!
