Construction And Projects Senior Associate

• advising on procurement routes, engineering and construction documentation (including consultants’ appointments, building contracts, collateral warranties, third-party rights, and security documentation)
• drafting and negotiating construction contracts and related documentation
• providing comprehensive project advice across a variety of sectors, including working with construction professionals, contractors, employers, operators, investors, and insurers
• building and maintaining strong client relationships, with a focus on business development
• handling complex international projects, with the possibility of global exposure.

• 6+ Years PQE with strong contracts and procurement experience in construction
• experience advising clients in the construction industry, ideally with a background in private practice or in-house
• strong client relationships and the ability to develop new business
• international project experience is preferred but not essential
