Job Description:

Mirrastone is Victoria’s #1 residential volume builder and is committed to delivering quality homes and exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-driven Construction Administrator to support our construction team. As a Construction Administrator, you will play a key role in coordinating documentation and supporting site teams. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing administrative responsibilities with customer interaction. This role is the ultimate multi-taskers dream job, because it requires you to tackle different tasks and challenges on the go. It requires people who can think on their feet, navigate through problems, follow up stakeholders and get things done. This is a full-time, office-based role, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, at our Derrimut office.

Job Responsibility:

Administration support to the on-site construction team
Conduct introduction calls with clients
Ability to establish strong networks with internal and external stakeholders
Taking meeting minutes
General administration

Requirements:

Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
Customer-focused with a friendly and professional phone manner
Proficient with general office software and willing to learn industry-specific systems
Must have unlimited Australian work rights
Able to interview in person

Nice to have:

Experience in construction administration or a similar role
