Job Responsibility:
Process daily office operations for the team
Prepare accurate site reports and operational documentation
Organise and maintain both digital and physical filing systems
Assist plant management by preparing senior-level operational documents and reports
Process purchase orders
Maintain up-to-date regulatory compliance records
Prepare and update materials required for audits
Collaborate closely with the plant team
Handle incoming calls and correspondence
Assist team members with various administrative tasks
Identify areas for administrative process improvements
Requirements:
Background in construction and/or plant
Administration experience in a similar industry
Attention to detail
Team player
Clear and effective communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Punctuality and focus on efficiency
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Ability to pick up bespoke plant and stock management systems
