Job Description:

Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-driven Construction Administrator to support our construction team and help ensure seamless project delivery. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is the ultimate multi-tasker's dream job, because it requires you to tackle different tasks and challenges on the go. It requires people who can think on their feet, navigate through problems, follow up with stakeholders and get things done.

Job Responsibility:

Administration support to the onsite construction team
General administration duties including file organisation
Service inbound client enquiries and conduct introduction calls with clients
Ability to establish strong networks with internal and external stakeholders
Assisting our customer experience coordinators when required
Coordinating documentation, supporting site teams, and ensuring clients receive clear, timely communication throughout their build journey

Requirements:

Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
Customer-focused with a friendly and professional phone manner
Proficient with general office software and willing to learn industry-specific systems
Experience in construction administration or a similar role is desirable but not essential
Must have unlimited Australian work rights
Able to interview in person
